Harbour View - Easy access to Eastbourne

Waterside House, overlooking Sovereign harbour. Short stroll to beach and waterfront attractions. Attractions includes boat and fishing trips, several restaurants, bars, retail park and golf course. Bedroom located in quiet road with free on street parking. Our guest bedroom is on the second floor giving great views to Harbour. Room has ensuite shower, toilet and sink. It also has tea and coffee making facilities. Non-smoking/pet/child free home. As hosts we look forward to meeting you and will be available during your stay. All the Harbour bars, restaurants and cafes are a short stroll away along the waterfront. A friendly yacht club is also open to visitors. Getting around is easy. Walking into Eastbourne along the seafront can take about 45 minutes, with plenty of stop off points along the way. Buses run frequently or taxis are easy to arrange. (journey time - 10 mins approx) . There are many cycling routes available from the house for you to enjoy the nearby countryside. For those of you who love a walk, Beachy Head and the South Downs are accessible. Boat rides around the harbour and out to sea are available from the harbour. House is not set up for children or pets.
