Parking upon request. My guest unit includes a lovely guest room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, cable TV, AC, WI FI, private bathroom with shower, coffee corner, fridge, kettle and toaster. After arrival, there will always wait a little welcome snack for you :-) The wonderful spacious and sunny roof terrace is perfect to start the day with a nice cup of coffee or to chill out, after a busy day. In order to respect your privacy, the porch is exclusively for you, so you are most welcome to use it whenever you feel like it. It always gives me pleasure to meet new people and I will be happy to be helpful in any way while respecting your privacy. I speak German, English & Hebrew Raanana is a lovely town as it combines chic international flair with the warmth of Israeli hospitality. While Raanana's population included from the beginning many immigrants with Anglo-Saxon origin, in the last few years the town became very popular for immigrants from France, which brought even more color to the city. There is also a nice mixture between secular and religious population. Raanana is known for its well kept streets and parks, which makes it a very inviting city close to Tel Aviv and the beautiful beach in Herzlia. Whether business of pleasure brings you to Raanana, I am sure you will enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy living here. Everything is an easy commute whether by car, bus or train. Busses on main street are 2 minutes walk away from my apartment. Raanana has also a central bus station, where you can find all the busses. The guest unit is located on the second floor of our duplex apartment. Access is through the main entrance to the apartment and up the stairs. The cleaning fee, which is included in the price, is for the final cleaning, after your departure. Cleaning during your stay is possible upon request for an additional fee, which will be paid directly. Smoking only on the porch please.
