This spacious, well equipped, 3-bedroom villa with pool, enjoys majestic views of the open sea, mountains and Boka Bay. It is a contemporary, charming place on an enclosed estate; with own garden, parking space and a garage, furnished poolside terrace, lovely rooms and several terraces from which to enjoy the stunning views. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, arranged on 2 levels, so there is plenty of space. The views are unforgettable and swimming enjoyable May - October. Situated in the idyllic village of Zvinje, overlooking Boka Bay and the mountains behind Herceg Novi, this villa offers contepmporary amenities amidst a lovely natural setting. It is a great holiday home for those who want instant relaxation. Perfect for families or groups (it sleeps 6 people in bedrooms but, with convertible sofas in the living room, it can sleep up to 10). We also let the villa to smaller groups and couples . The house is built on two levels (plus the roof terrace); so it offers plenty of internal and external living space. It features comfortable furniture, original works of art, own WiFi, a well equipped small kitchen, 2 bathroom, and several terraces. The villa comprises: GROUND FLOOR: 3 bedrooms (2 large double bedrooms with king-size beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets; 3rd bedroom with two single/bunk beds, a closet and a desk), a bathroom with two sinks, a shower booth and a WC; a hallway, a utility room with a sink and a washing machine/dryer. Mater bedroom have own sea-facing terrace. FIRST FLOOR: Well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & WC; large living room with 'wrap-around' double glazed windows/doors that give this space lovely, unbroken sea-views. Living room sofas convert into double and single beds. Open plan dining room has own terrace, convenient for al-fresco dining. TOP FLOOR: A large roof terrace offers stunning views. Perfect for sunbathing, reading, relaxing, yoga...offering total privacy All villa facilities are for the exclusive use of our guests. We're available if our guests need assistance but otherwise we let them enjoy their privacy. The scenic village of Zvinje is tranquil, green and popular among those seeking beautiful, natural destinations, close to contemporary amenities. Many aromatic herbs grow in the surrounding hills and the villa's garden (avena sativa, rosemary etc). Apart from natural beauty, there is a trekking path to enjoy to the top of the hill. There is a small chapel here where one can rest and enjoy the stunning view of both Montenegro and Dubrovnik Riviera, and far onto the open sea. The best transport to/from Zvinje is by car - you can hire one or use a reasonably priced local taxi service. We greet our guests with a welcome pack which includes basic breakfast foods, tea & cofee. We also offer information on places of interest, activities and local tours. On their arrival day we take a returnable 150euros 'damage deposit' in cash. This is returned in full on their departure day, providing there has been no damage in the property during their stay. Local laws: it is a legal requirement in Montenegro for all guests to be registered within the first 24hours, and also to pay tourist ‘stay tax’. Do not worry about this, we will deal with this for you. The tax is 1 euros per person per day, for people over 18 years of age. It is 50cents for young people between the ages of 12 – 18. Children under the age of 12 do not pay. We deal with this for our guests, so they don't have to worry about the procedure.
