The house is independent. Guests book the full house. I live and work on the same property at independent buildings. The gardens are shared. There is also a private and exclusive outdoor table for you and a private outside area for me. One reservation entitles up to two parking spaces inside the property. The car park is open air. At TOINO ABEL, we labor from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 pm. Our practice is quiet and meditative. We are happy to show our work if you are interested. We are located in a small village called Castanheira near Alcobaça, Batalha, Caldas da Rainha, and Leiria, between Coimbra and Lisbon. It's not in a city or city center. Our small village is not particularly beautiful - it is rather a normal Portuguese small village - where we still have a splendorous nature to NORD / WEST where you can do long walkings. I am a walking enthusiast and love that area and will be happy to share my favorite tracks - I rarely see my guests following the right direction. This area is perfect for visiting the Center of Portugal monuments, and we are in the middle of the three UNESCO heritage monuments: Alcobaça, Batalha, and Tomar. You are a step away from the sea, from crowded to desert beaches, and perhaps 3 beaches that are especially safe for kids. Nazaré is just 20 minutes away. - The accesses are simple and fast. Within 15 minutes, you get A8 to Lisbon-Porto and in 10 the A19/IP19 to Leiria or Tomar and Fátima. - Parking inside the property. Remote control for the automatic gate is lent. Notes: Summer: I will add A/C (Air Conditioner) to the house description, although we have none. The house is cool during hot summer days having a natural A/C due to its good, traditional, thick stone walls construction and an airbox beneath the house. Winter: The cottage has central heating on every division and a fireplace in the living room.
