Wifi and XL virgin cable TV package, Netflix, Flat screen TV, DVD player, large supply of DVDs, Gas central heating serviced by combi-boiler. Open plan lounge, living flame gas log fire, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, gas hob and electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, fridge freezer (located in a small garden shed) and everything else you need - toaster, kettle, coffee pot, crockery and cooking utensils. Bathroom with bath and mains powerful shower over. Rear access to garden, patio table & chairs, space for 2 bikes in the shed which also contains a small freezer. On street parking, free no residents permits etc. You will have sole use of the house and access to double bedroom, bathroom, lounge diner, kitchen, garden and shed. We live 5 mins down the road and are happy to leave you in peace to enjoy your stay, we are also happy to come and say hello and give you some tips on the area, just ask. St Thomas is like a village within the city, family-friendly and stretching across the western side of the river Exe. It provides a wealth of local amenities including the Exe Bridges retail park, a Tesco Express (5 min walk) a mid sized Co-op (10 min Walk) and a whole host of eating establishments and a sports centre. In addition there are 2 large parks, a health centre and St Thomas Train station connecting to Exeter St Davids, Dawlish, Exmouth and beyond However, if you fancy something a bit more upbeat in the hustle and bustle of Exeter city centre, there is a great selection of high street and independent shops, restaurants, cinemas and a theatre in easy walking distance (25 mins) or via a short (10 mins) bus trip. With an excellent service to Dawlish Warren for a hassle free trip to the beach (20 mins) Airport; Exeter Airport is a 15 min drive North on the A30 with fly-be being the main low cost carrier. Bus; Frequent, every 10 mins into the city centre and then make connections beyond from Exeter Bus Station We can be flexible on check-in & out times, those shown on the listing are to allow sufficient time to clean the property on back to back bookings. Please ask a few days before your arrival and we will then be in a better position to know if we can accommodate early arrival or late check out.
