Peaceful setting with beautiful views

The villa is a beautifully renovated farmhouse full of light with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. The property is peaceful because of the private land surrounding it, and it is only a couple of miles from the sea. It is near a local restaurant and close to a small medieval town with shops. I don't live in the area but I can be easily reached on my phone for any emergency. There are several beautiful towns nearby to be visited for sightseeing, shopping or dining, and designer outlets only about a half hour away. While driving around the countryside you can find many wine-tasting vineyards where the local wines can be bought. In addition, the warm Adriatic sea is close by with its beaches. I would recommend renting a car for the duration of the stay, however, there is a local bus that stops nearby and goes to one of the larger local towns by the beach. There is an additional cleaning fee.
