The "Ancient Source", with pool and garden

My accommodation offers a beautiful panoramic view and is close to restaurants and family activities. It is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). The location is strategic, as it is located in the center of the town despite being on the side of the valleys, where you can relax and enjoy the peace of the Tuscan countryside, perhaps with a drink by the pool The house is located in a strategic position, as in a very quiet place, with excellent panoramic view, but at the same time just a few steps from the main services. Equipped with a private garden in front of the house and a small BBQ area and a swimming pool shared with other apartments. You will have the entire accommodation available, consisting of a kitchen-living room (with a comfortable sofa bed), a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Also in front of the kitchen you will have at your disposal a small garden, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella with BBQ area and washing machine. Finally you will have access to the swimming pool, which is shared with 2 other apartments. Each guest will have their own deckchair which will be positioned by the pool I will be available 24 hours a day for any need or request; also offered you a wide range of choice between tour service, tastings, cooking lessons and much more The "Ancient Source" is located in the center of Palaia, one of the most famous villages of the Alta Valdera, of Etruscan origin and with a breathtaking view. The village is welcoming, offers all the main services, in fact you will find pizzerias and excellent restaurants with typical local cuisine, bars, pubs, pharmacy, medical services, tourist office and many shops with characteristic products. Famous are some of the village festivals, such as the festival of the crostino of May 1st and the feast of the love of wine in early September. Interesting some of the tours we offer such as guided tours of the main monuments and churches in the country and a visit to the famous Temple of Minerva; as well as oil and wine tastings (both on the farm and on the spot). From Palaia then you can reach the main destinations of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Casciana Terme etc.) in the maximum time of an hour, and then return to a hill country where you will surely feel immediately at home!
