We welcome families, & large groups. We are close to restaurants, the beach & family-friendly activities. We have 7 acres of meadows, streams, woodland to enjoy and a hill fort to play on, a large covered play barn & fire pit. The lodge is beautiful, warm & cosy offering comfort to small & large groups alike. The space is flexible and we can sleep between 12 and 36. (4 doubles, 4x4 , 2x6, & up to 5 bathrooms) Even though on Air B n B you can only book 16. For more guests contact us direct. Set on a 7 acre small holding where the fields are full of wild flowers and sheep chickens and pigs roam the farm. There are paths throughout to wander. The accommodation is set around a beautiful courtyard. The hosts live next door & a welcome & advice on where to go & things to see. The space is flexible and is cosy for grps of 12 or spacious enough for grps of upto 32 ( Min number 12. Air b n b allows you to book for 16, any more book direct with us @ £30 ppm). There is shepherds hut 300m in a corner of a field under a separate listing with their own facilities & will not share any of the facilities with you apart from playing on the hill fort and feeding animals in the morning. Small village just 5 miles from the beautiful seaside harbour town of Aberaeron with many independent shops and several lovely places to eat including the Stubborn duckling, the Harbormaster and the Cellar. Only 1/2 an hour from the largest area of mountain wilderness in England and Wales. There are many great walks, quiet cycle routes ( on and off road), secluded beaches and beautiful towns. We provide bedding, towels and the basics in the kitchen ( oil, salt pepper, tea, coffee, t towels, washing up liquid etc. So you only need to bring your food.
