In Botticino, in the heart of Val Verde, large indipendent apartment at the 1st floor: kitchen, bathroom with shower box, terrace access, Wi-Fi, air conditionioning. The spacious and cozy apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located at the first floor, with a separate entrance and direct access to the terrace with relax area, barbeque and ping pong table, the apartment consists of: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, large wardrobe, desk for make up; an other room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and desk; a kitchen; the sitting room / TV room with two sofas, bathroom with shower; a large terrace with a ping-pong table and exercise equipment and a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing (shared). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi system and air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to make meals to suit your taste. There is the Wi-Fi network and possibly, as an extra, air conditioning. The price includes linen and towels; however, you can ask for everything you need: from the chair to the bicycle, we will try to meet your needs. Detergents, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are available as extras for stays longer than 10 days. The shared laundry room is directly accessible from the outside. I will receive you at your arrival, providing any communication you require, in Italian or English. In case I'm busy, not a big deal: near the apartment my family will be happy to help you. The house is in the heart of Val Verde, renowned for its many wine cellars doc and the Botticino marble. The house is located in the centre of the village, with all the different shops nearby: post office, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar, bakery, grocery stores, tobacco shop; the major supermarkets, instead, are 2 - 3 KM far from the apartment. The hospital is 20 minutes from the house. You can take a relaxing walking trails surrounded by nature, climbing the rock wall or reach the lake using bike path (which is interrupted only for few kms). The bus stop is just a few steps from the house and connects both the city center and the underground. Around the property there are free parking open 24h / 24. The property is in the heart of Val Verde, 20 minutes from the S. Giulia Museum and the archaeological site of Brescia, Unesco Heritage, 5 minutes from the Mille Miglia Museum, 30 minutes far from Franciacorta. The house is located halfway between the two famous lakes of Garda (25 KM) and Iseo (30 KM). The nearby Brescia Station, connected to the house by public transport, will allow you to reach cities such as Verona, Mantova, Cremona and Milano, with trains departing every hour. The nearest airport is in Montichiari (km18); Orio al Serio (km63); Linate (km107); Malpensa (Km148) Recommended motorway exits: Brescia Centro or Brescia Est.
