A spacious three bedroom flat in Grangemouth. Three twin bedded rooms gives this place the capacity to accommodate six people in comfort. Gas fired central heating, a well equipped kitchen, TV lounge & free on street parking complement this lovely apartment. Staying for seven nights or more ? We are happy to offer a discount for longer stays. Please send a booking enquiry for the dates you are interested in and we will respond with a 'special offer' to reflect that discount. Each bedroom can be set as either as twin single beds or a Super King size double bed. As standard the property is laid out with two rooms as twin single beds and one room as a King size double. Please let us know if you need an alternative setting. The lounge has a TV connected via WiFi to the broadband so Guests can log into their Netflix etc. accounts if desired. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. We even provide washing liquid & conditioner for the washing machine and soap/shampoo etc in the bathroom. The hosts are available by phone or email if necessary but we do not live at the property, so you'll be unlikely to meet us. As the hosts are not on site, please be aware that in any case of emergency you are responsible for managing your own evacuation and checking that everyone in your group is out safely. Please take time as you arrive at the property to ensure everyone is aware of the exit and ensure vulnerable Guests are considered in your plans. There is amply on street parking just outside the apartment. Local shops, restaurants and takeaways provide for all your catering needs. Derwent House is conveniently located to provide easy access to Falkirk in the West and Bo'ness in the East as well as to the various local industrial locations in the area. Guest will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions which will be sent once the booking is confirmed. There is nothing unusual about them and you are welcome to request a copy prior to booking if you would like to see them first. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. Pet details will be included on an additional page in the Terms and Conditions where appropriate.
