Beautiful Villa amongst the olives

Our comfortable villa is situated in a remote, untouristy part of Italy, but minutes away from shops, restaurants & bars.You can chill by the pool,sea or visit the mountains, visit amazing sights. Prepare to fall in love with Le Marche & the people. We think our villa is unique. It is in a lovely position, very peaceful and picturesque. Our villa comfortably fits 8 people. 3 double rooms, one en suite, two furniture shower rooms and then a bedroom with twin beds. We are 30 minutes from the sea and about 40 minutes from the mountains. Guests will have access to the entire villa. The larder and freezer are stocked with basics. If you finish anything (pasta, flour etc) please restock it for the next guest. We have everything you will need for a picnic. You can drive and find a beautiful spot to stop, lay your picnic rug down and enjoy the view, babbling brook or mountains. We are not present when guests stay as this is our holiday home, we live in the UK. We will however provide you with basic provisions for your first breakfast (Milk, bread, eggs, juice etc) and we have a lovely man who lives nearby who will be on call for emergencies. His number is in the little information booklet in the villa. We love exploring the hilltop villages and the beautiful churches. Massa Fermana is a stones throw away from larger towns such as Fermo, Macerata, (and the beautiful open air theatre Sferisterio), & Civitanova. Sea side resorts of Porto San Girogio, Porto San Elpidio are just 30 minutes away. The Sibilini Mountains are 45 minutes away, a visit to lake Fiastra will not disappoint. Public transport is thin on the ground and so you would need to have your own car or hire a car. Sat Nav is useful too. The house is next to a road but it is not a busy road. The Italians can drive very fast though! We also live on a steep hill which can make going up the hill tricky, but we sometimes drive to the bottom, turn and then take a run at it. Without the hills we wouldn't have the views. We have mosquitoes, mosquito nets are fitted on all the beds as well as screens on the windows upstairs.
