Two rooms for rent in our enchanting home in Uetikon am See on the lake of Zürich. The residence is located in a very pleasant and quite central location in Uetikon am See. A Bus station is a short 2-minute walk away. Zürich and Rapperswil are easily reachable through the urban train network in 25 minutes. The spacious rooms share one separate entrance with patio. The room has a garden view and is located on the first floor. The room is equipped with an in-room washbasin a cable flatscreen TV and access to highspeed internet via Wifi. A modern bathroom equipped with a shower is available for sharing with the resident of the second guestroom. A refrigerator as well as a tea (Tea Pot etc.) and/or coffee (Nespresso machine) corner is at your disposal in the immediate vicinity of the room. Breakfast will be served daily in your room or in the garden. Parking is available in front of the house. Several shopping and dining possibilities are in the immediate vicinity of our home. We glady recommend you our favourites. Several possibilities exist for activities around Uetikon: Lake of Zurich (swimming/boat trips), Zurich and Rapperswil (shopping, nightlife and historic points of interest), Pfannenstiel area (hiking and biking around the panorama trail) and plenty more.
