The property will be cleaned and sterilised prior to check in using a sanitised disinfectant spray, there will also be hand sanitiser, disinfectant sprays and additional soap for the guests to use during there stay, we will also supply disposable face masks if the guests feel they would prefer to wear them when leaving the house to go shopping or for one of the many walks, however you can walk for miles and not see another person. My place is suitable for holiday, work, family gatherings. Ample car parking for over 5 cars. Good sized conservatory with dining table. Spa bath. TV in all rooms. Garden Spa ( please note between October and March the outdoor spa may not be available, this is due to outside Temperatures) Large enclosed rear garden. Up to date tech in the property Ample parking for 5 cars, access will be from the front drive there is also an access at the rear of the property. Guests can contact me at anytime during there stay. There is a information book at the property that has all the contact details required. Located in a very quiet area with some beautiful woods with a river running through, located just outside the back garden. 5 minute drive to the town centre with ample shops and places to eat and drink. Local Buses within 3 minute walk. All of the local town has free parking mostly all day although two have 90 minute limits so please check before parking On a nice day you can relax in the lovely quiet secluded garden, have a bbq or chill in the outdoor spa or play Table tennis, pool or table foozball in the garden with the kids. Please note that between October and March the spa and foozball may not be available this is dependant on weather and temperatures. There is a beautiful park with pathways for walks in the countryside. The beach is Approx 5 minutes drive.
