Kotor Bay most famous beach Bajova Kula is 50m away from us. Perast with its restaurants, shops - just behind the corner, 5min drive. Kotor is on the 15min driving range (7km). As a host, I will make sure that you have a dream vacation in our place. The apartment size is 100 square meters and it is on the top floor of the 4-floor condominium building. The modern building complex was built in 2017, with a horticulture area around it, secured parking space for building tenants, and the beachline across the street. The apartment itself was made in rustic style with Mediterranian elements. In the first half of apt is a huge living room and kitchen with a terrace and the most gorgeous view on the Bay of Kotor. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are in the other half of the apartment. As a top floor, the apartment has high ceilings. LIVING ROOM: with big rounded sofa, flat TV screen, rustic coffee table. A living room is fully faced and opened to the Bay of Kotor. KITCHEN: Unique rustic space made from hardwood with bar chairs and dining table. The kitchen comes with stove, oven, built-in fridge and dishwasher. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and other cooking amenities. BEDROOMS: 2 large bedrooms with iron bed constructions and super cozy mattresses. Master bedroom has king size bed and it has the best ''bed view'' in the bay!!! 2nd bedroom is at back part of the apartment and comes with 2 single beds and comfy rustic armchair. BATHROOMS: 2 designer bathrooms for each bedroom. Bathrooms have showers and 1 laundry machine. TERRACE: The place where magic happens! The sweetest coffee that you will drink will be from our terrace. The breathtaking views on the sea, Kotor and its mountain peaks. PARKING SPACE: Secured parking spot on our complex parking. Guests are welcome to use amenities of the building like parking. Our home is part of a modern residential complex (built in 2017) in Drazin Vrt. Quite and walkable residential area with a lot of space for kids- 24h secured complex. The complex is surrounded and decorated with green plants and flowers. Bajova Kula beach, the most beautiful beach in the bay is just under our complex, few minutes walk from it. The beach has a big restaurant with Italian cuisine and local fish dishes. Drazin Vrt is a famous fishing village in the Bay of Kotor with long tradition and history. There are local houses in our place where you can by fresh fish. Also, in our neighborhood, there are many oysters ''farms'' where you can buy this specialty and prepare it in your home. Most of our guests come by car as we have private parking for them. Our location is very suitable as we are in the heart of Kotor Bay between 2 most famous towns, Perast and Kotor. Perast is just behind the corner, some 5 min drive (2km) Perast is a picturesque, historic town in the Bay of Kotor with two small islands: one is called Sveti Đorđe and the other Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks), and each has a picturesque chapel. Gospa od Škrpjela is particularly interesting given that it is the only artificially-built island in the Adriatic, and it can be reached by small boats operating from its dock. Kotor is 15min away (7km). Kotor is world's famous UNESCO protected Old Town, one of the most visited sites in the Balkan area. Beside car transportation, we have a bus station near our building and in the summer season, many buses are connecting Kotor and Perast. The closest airport is Tivat which is 19km away.
