Cosy 2-bedroom room cottage in St. Bees village

It's a cosy old fashioned sandstone cottage in the middle of St. Bees village (starting point of the Coast to Coast Walk). There are 3 pubs very nearby, post office/newsagents/grocers for daily stuff, great beach with a cafe/ice cream shop. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each. The decor is an attempt to marry traditional Cumbrian farmers cottage with a vintage south Asian tropical modernist aesthetic. We won't be around but you can call us or send n Airbnb message if you need anything. Lovely seaside village, good access to the beach (5 mins walk) or the Lake District for walking. The pubs do good food or you can just use our kitchen. The train station is 2 minutes walk away and there are (fairly) regular trains into Whitehaven (the nearest town/markets). The train line goes right from Barrow to Carlisle. If you're driving you can find a space on our street or failing that, there's a free car park next to the station down the road. Or you can call for taxis into town.
