Small villa with 835sq.m (0.2Acres) garden, ideal for those who seek an adventure in the Cypriot outback, off the beaten track, centrally located in the Limassol wine district (20' to the beach, 20' to the mountains, 25' to Limassol, 35' to Paphos Airport). The property comprises of two flats (upper and lower floors) of which only the 1 b/room upper floor flat and upper garden area is available. Ideal for those keen to explore the hidden gems of Cyprus and escape their busy big city lives. What views and what 'hygge' ! Whole of the upper floor flat + adjacent garden with old vines. Extra WC downstairs (outside door) - upon request. Washing machine for longer stays - (downstairs) - upon request and if we are not using it ourselves. We are glad to provide our guests with ideas on what to include in their journey around Cyprus. Many of our suggestions will be 'off the beaten track', as we all know how important it is for our guests to get the most out of their holiday and to explore the 'real' Cyprus. Pachna is a typical Cypriot village with both traditional houses as well as new ones. The people are friendly, and usually busy taking care of their livestock and vineyards. The climate is perfect in Pachna, especially for those seeking to escape the scorching heat of the summer while being 20 minutes from the closest beach (Avdimou beach). Cold spells are expected during the winter months, we are at an altitude of 750m above sea-level after all. A car is essential, if you need to explore the area around Pachna, which is one of the most beautiful parts of Cyprus. For those who insist though, we are 20' walk to the bus station. We trust that everyone who uses them from the lovely community of AirBnB-ers will show the same tender love and care as we do. Please also note that Pachnorama is not ideal for toddlers (2-5yrs) as we have no enclosed 'toddler - safe' areas apart from the inside. Thank you for your understanding.
