Beautiful Guest Suite 10 Minutes from the Beach

Moss Fen Lodge is set in a secluded part of Sea Palling, within a 10 minute walk from the beautiful blue flag sandy beach. The guest annex to the 17th century cottage is full of character but finished to a high standard with modern amenities. It is ideal for a couple but can also accommodate two younger children on the double sofa bed. We are also a 10 minute drive from the Norfolk Broads. Please note no kitchen facilities are available on site but there are plenty of pubs and cafes locally. The guest suite has just been renovated for August 2020 and includes tea and coffee facilities, modern heating, fast WiFi, TV with Roku and catch-up (no live TV), a realistic electric fire and a lovely bathroom. You will have the guest suite which is set up studio style with a private bathroom. No access to the main house or kitchen. We will usually be off site but you may see us or family occasionally in the main house. Sea Palling has an extensive sandy beach and nice field walks. The village shop is a 5 minute walk with a cafe and pub closer to the beach. The house itself is situated in quiet leafy lanes surrounded on two sides by fields and just a stones throw from the village Church, believed to date from Saxon times around AD900. The beach is a ten minute walk either down quiet lanes or via the main beach road. A car is strongly recommended for getting to other attractions and local pubs.
