Cosy bedroom in quaint Devon Cottage

This is a bedroom with double bed on the first floor of a Devon Cottage with west facing window overlooking lovely gardens. Breakfast is included. In the room there is a micro fridge, kettle, mugs and everything for making tea and coffee. The property has its own private driveway and parking. Tiverton Parkway station and M5 are 5 minutes away providing easy access to Exeter, Devon and Somerset. Both North and South Devon coasts are 45-minute drive. Tiverton Hospital is 10 minutes drive. An ideal place to stay for business trips with easy access to Exeter, Taunton, North and South Devon, being 5 minutes from the M5 and A361 and Tiverton Hospital is 10 minutes drive away, making it a great retreat for hospital workers and visitors. A lovely place to wind down after a busy day. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided along with towels. The room has a large chest of drawers and hanging space. The bathroom is shared and there is space in the large bathroom cupboard for all your toiletries. Breakfast is on a help yourself basis consisting of cereals, toast and fruit juice which will be in the kitchen. There are plates and cutlery available should guests wish to eat a take away. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DOUBLE BED IS ONLY ACCESSED FROM ONE SIDE OF THE BED. There is access to the kitchen for breakfast. There is a TV and books in the Sunny Room which is available on request and at the discretion of the host. I'm available and am happy to interact with guests if wanted, but respect their privacy too. Access to the main house and summer house is available using a key lock box for the house and keys to the summer house/main house. I will also provide phone numbers for guests to contact me. Halberton is ideally situated in Mid Devon between the towns of Tiverton and Cullompton with easy access to Exeter, Taunton and North and South Devon. Tiverton Hospital is 10 minutes drive away There is a lovely pub in the village providing food just a 2-minute walk from the house. There are other places to eat just a short drive away. National Trust properties of Knightshayes and Killerton are both easily accessible. The Grand Western Canal winds through the village and there is a wonderful 5km (3 mile) circular walk/run from the front door of the cottage. The Canal is 11 miles long and Halberton is ideally situated as a cycling destination in Devon. The buses to Exeter and Taunton run through the village and Tiverton Parkway station is a 5 minute drive away as is the M5 providing excellent access to the rest of Devon and Somerset including Exmoor, Dartmoor and both north and south Devon coasts. From Halberton there is access to many National Cycling Routes. This is an ideal place to stay for business trips with easy access to Exeter, Taunton, North and South Devon, being 5 minutes from the M5 and A361. An ideal place to wind down after a busy day. This is a good base for walking and cycling and bicycles are welcome and can be kept secure in the lock up shed, or you can hire bike from the cycle hire 2 miles up the road. The Room is cleaned and sanitised before and after every guest and there is hand sanitiser and sanitising wipes in the the room and bathroom for guest use.
