No.3 The Cottage

Newly renovated cottage in Spring 2020 No.3 is situated in the bustling village of Gaerwen just off the A55. The Cottage is in an excellent base to explore the Island and surrounding areas. Only 5 minutes from Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, 10 minutes from Newborough beach, Bangor & Menai Bridge, 15-20 minutes to Beaumaris, Rhosneigr & Benllech Perfect base to explore Snowdonia & Zip World Village has a pub Chinese takeaway, chip shop, post office, children’s park, Gym, convenience store,bakery & cafe No.3 is cosy & comfortable single story building with a mixture of contemporary and cottage style decor. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. The breakfast room is linked on to the kitchen and seats 4 people. Outside there are 3 seating areas and an arrangement of shrubs and rattan furniture to include a BBQ and parasol. Bath and beach towels provided. - Luxury bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in shower Whole house We don't live at the property however we are at the end of the telephone if guests have any problems during their stay or require any advice on where to eat or visit on the Island Our neighbours are lovely quiet people, we have a retired chap next door, please respect our neighbours. The cottage is across the road from a car hire company and a bus stop which goes to Bangor and other areas of the island The cottage is situated on the main A5 road in Gaerwen. Within a walking distance is a lovely Gastro pub, It has a petrol station, post office, Chinese takeaway, chip shop and cafe within walking distance.. Although Gaerwen is a bustling village, it is quiet during the evenings
