House also includes allocated parking space. 5% discount available for 1 week stay and 12% discount for one month stay. Cosy Retro inspired home The house is a couple of minutes walk from Brindley Place. There are gyms, cinemas and bars/restaurants all within a few minutes walk from the house. Parking is provided at no extra cost. The home has all the amineties for the guest to be independent as they want but I am always around for friendly conversation or to offer help throughout your stay. Located on a quietly and friendly cul de sac. A couple of minutes walk from Brindley Place. A short walking distance from regular buses going into the city centre or 15 minute walk. There are also gyms, cinemas and bars/restaurants all within a few minutes walk from the house. Early check-in maybe available at a cost of £10.
