Beautiful Period Cottage

Built in 1821 and celebrating its bicentennial, this delightful, recently refurbished Georgian period mid-terraced cottage is situated along The Terrace within the coastal village of Pentewan. My cottage not only provides the benefit of seaside living with ease of access to the beach but also offers central access to explore the rest of Cornwall. The accommodation includes two large bedrooms with built in period wardrobes. The Green Finch Room has a Super King size bed and the Red Admiral Room has a standard Double. There is a mezzanine bathroom with an electric over bath shower which is a perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. The kitchen is fully fitted and is located on the ground floor. It has everything you need to self-cater in comfort with feature lighting that can be changed in colour to suit your current mood! The cosy dining room seats up to 4 and is a comfortable space to enjoy a carefully prepared three course dinner or to simply have a cream tea and a chat. The lounge is a relaxing space with a large leather sofa from where you could enjoy a glass of local ale, watch the TV and enjoy Netflix. There is also a downstairs toilet with hand wash basin. The external areas of the property provides parking for two vehicles and has both a front lower terraced garden, ideal for BBQ’s and of course the Georgian period Terrace provides an excellent spot for afternoon tea, with views across the valley. There is free WIFI. Linen, towels and basic toiletries are included but you are asked to bring your own beach towels. I will be available to answer any questions during your stay.
