Ty Coch
A traditional, old stone built cottage, which is located on the outskirts of the picturesque Nantlle Valley. Close to both the mountains and the sea, the area is superb walking, climbing and beach country. The comfortable, well-equipped house has many features, which include a vaulted ceiling, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove and full central heating. There is a large, comfortable lounge with a dining area and three bathrooms which are on the ground floor. The upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds has low ceilings, so mind your head. 3 double bedrooms are all on the ground-floor, 1 step down to enter 2 of them. You'll have access to the whole house and have your own back garden area with table and chairs. The house is set back from the road behind some trees and therefore is quite private. There is plenty of parking space outside the property. You can catch the local bus straight in to Caernarfon from the bottom of the drive, dependant on traffic it usually takes 20-25 minutes. We have 3 very friendly cats living with us next door that may be seen wandering around the exterior. The wi-fi currently only reaches the living/dining room so your teenagers have to spend time with you. All linen, towels and electric are included in the price. House is fully central heated and there is a small charge on departure for any oil used for heating and hot water. Details of how to calculate this are in the property. Maximum of 2 dogs only allowed
