"Casina i' Susino"

Nice house on the hills of Carmignano: kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Outdoor space in front of the apartment where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the shade of a plum tree! TV led with netflix. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Parking near the house. 15 km from Prato, 28 km from Florence, 36 km from Pisa, 30 km from Pistoia, 68 km from Lucca, 80 km from Viareggio. "Casina i Susino" is a pretty 55 square meter house on the beautiful hills of Carmignano, in the Province of Prato (15 km) and near Florence (28 Km). The house has been restored keeping the original features of the 1800s. It is on two levels: on the ground floor there is the kitchen/living room complete with fridge, stove, oven, washing machine and dryer, cooking utensils, coffee machine and kettle. The upper floor is accessed by an ancient and somewhat steep staircase (15 steps) and it is advisable to go up and down slowly and carefully. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Room n.1: with double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m with latex mattress (also divisible into two single beds) Bedroom 2 with double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m with latex mattress (also divisible into two single beds) and a sofa bed for an additional 5th person. The house is located inside a small village of houses and this allows you to feel safe, but to enjoy your privacy. You can park in the courtyard in front of the house when you find a place,this parking is for cars,it is not suitable for trucks and vans, or there are two free parking spaces one at 200 meters and the other at 400 meters always available,both suitable for cars,trucks and vans. At 100 meters from the house there is the Cap bus stop. At your disposal: sheets, blankets, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, soap, bath foam, dish soap, salt, sugar, coffee powder and for your relaxation,an armchair and a deckchair. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the outdoor space with table and chairs reserved for them. You will find me to welcome you at check in and I will be available in case of need! The town of Carmignano is a small jewel, located on the green hills near Prato, its origins are very ancient, as well as for its landscape, historical, artistic and archaeological value, it is also very well known for its wine production, recognized as DOC. The house is easily reached by car from the Prato Ovest exit (on the A1 motorway) and is 11 km away. From the Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence it is about 20 km and it will take about 40 minutes. From the Pisa airport, Galileo Galilei is about 70 km away and it will take about 1 hour. At 100 meters from the house you will find the CAP bus that will take you ... There is a parking space in front of the house available if you find space, this parking is for cars,it is not suitable for trucks and vans,otherwise there are 2 free parking spaces available: one at 200 meters and the other at 400 meters from the house,both suitable for cars,trucks and vans. Bus stop 100 meters from the house for Prato or Florence. The house is on two floors: ground floor and first floor, the first floor is accessed via an ancient and slightly steep staircase: to do slowly and carefully! (only 15 steps)
