Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms. 1 double bedroom, 1 with twin beds and the Master which is en-suite. Also family bathroom. Front veranda with outside seating area. Comfortably sleeps 6/8. Street Parking outside. Air conditioning units downstairs and in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and utility housing washing machine and dishwasher. Iron and ironing board provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack on arrival. Upon completion of booking arrangements will be made for your arrival at the property. Check in between 2pm-7pm. Check out between 10am-12pm. Late Check in/Check out can be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Host lives nearby. Close to local supermarkets/Bakery etc all within walking distance. 10 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and local beaches. 10 minute drive into Larnaca town, seafront with a multitude of bars/restaurants and beach. Easy access to all main routes into Nicosia, Lemesos/Pafos, Agia Napa/Protaras. Public transport is available along with taxis, however, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Vehicles are right hand drive and roads are well sign-posted. Traffic is light even in built up areas. Parking is available at the property free of charge and plentiful at most locations for a small charge, approximately 3 Euro for the whole day.
