Bright apartment with terrace and garden, perfect for a weekend or a relaxing holiday on Lake Como as well as for mountain trekking around the area . The apartment is large and spacious with all the amenities available to the guests. You can enjoy playing table football; or you can go outside to the large terrace and the garden to sunbathe or simply eat outside. Street parking is free and located on a private road. The apartment is on the ground floor (but with a flight of stairs). It has a large living room with a table, a TV and a football table; the kitchen contains everything you need and is directly connected to a large terrace with citrus and lemon trees; the master bedroom has a King bed and there is sofa bed in the second room; the bathroom has a shower. The apartment building comprises of outdoor parking on a private road. The entire apartment, including all the spaces listed, is reserved for guests. I can answer to your question about the many tourist attractions in Como, Milan or other places you want to visit; or you can answer about a good restaurant or many trekking paths. You will be welcomed in person and treated as honoured guests. Cookies, coffee, tea and other foods are available for breakfast. The apartment is located on a private street in a quiet residential area. With a minute you can reach the main road leading to Como (Via Provinciale) by car where you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and fast-food restaurants. The best way to travel is by car. The outdoor parking is free on our road: you can reach Como in 10 minute, Lecco in 30 minute, Bellagio in 50 minute and Milan in 45 minute by highway or SS36. If you want to use public transport, the nearest bus stop is in Lipomo on the Via Provinciale (about 10/15 min by foot) and with the bus you can arrive at the center of Como in about 15 min. From the same stop you can take the bus to Lecco or Erba.
