Le Levant apartment is located at the first floor of the house, the entrance is dedicated only to the 2 apartments we listed for rent. A small terrace with eating table is at your disposal. We are very happy to welcome people at our house and we respect their privacy trying to let them interact at the level they prefer with us. Being a very active family we also have in our property a gourmet Boutique were several delicacies, mainly from Italy and Switzerland can be found. The apartment is centrally located in relation to the cities around us : by car 10 min to Avenches, 20 min to Neuchatel, 30 min to Bern, 45 min to Lausanne. We are in the region of La Grande Cariçaie, a natural reserve, an important reference for birdwatching. Cudrefin beach is 3 minutes by car or 20 min walking distance. In Cudrefin there is a small grocery store 4 minutes by car from us or a larger one in Avenches 10 min by car.
