THE SPACE BAIA DE SAO PEDRO or SAINT PETER’S BAY is one of the three true Wooden Chalets situated on the banks of Goa's largest River "Mandovi". The house is situated on about one acre of land with a river frontage of about 120 metres, and has its own private harbour for a reasonably sized yacht. Totally private buffered from the outside world, a true paradise. It is totally private buffered from the outside world, a true paradise. Ideal for groups or persons who want to work from home. We have installed two broadband connections from different providers GWAVE 100 mbps and ETHERNET XPRESS 150 mbps so very little chance of downtime. Located 1 Km from the ancient city of Old Goa and 8 km to the City of Panjim. Old Goa was the first Capital City of Goa which was first shifted to Panjim due to the Plague centuries ago. The Old Goa Church was the first resting place of the body of St. Francis Xavier when brought to Goa from the Far East where it is preserved till today. The house is on the river level with unlimited private parking inside and outside the property. The main road is on a higher level about 4 metres above the river level. The bus stand is situated on the road above. SAINT PETER’S BAY is located, just 10-15 minutes by road to the Panjim Central Bus Terminus which terminus is equidistant from North and South Goa. It is also just one Km from the Ancient Capital of Old Goa. There is a Soft drink and Liquor store in the adjacent building, and a general store just 5 minutes’ walk from the house. Car and bike rental facilities are also available for which information will be provided on confirmation of booking. All bedrooms are fitted with A.C. and the best amenities one can think of and what you would normally like to have in the best equipped home. Some of the amenities is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven, U.V. filter, clothes washing machine and dryer etc. etc. Besides, the house is fitted with a hydro pneumatic water pressure system giving full pressure on all the water outlets and showers and a 5000 Ltr solar heating water heater. There is an in-house NON-PROFIT convenience store. Please note we try to keep most immediate items to make your arrival stay comfortable till you can organize yourself. It is a non-profit store and a COMPLIMENTARY service only. The house Lady will come every morning to clean up. Besides we have all equipment like dishwasher etc. The house is differently-able friendly has a total of four bedrooms all on the same level 3 having a magnificent view of the river and one of the garden around. All bedrooms have attached toilets drinking water fountain The house is designed so that the view of the river, and adjacent islands are prominent from every location in the house. We have an additional outdoor dining area where there is also located a Barbecue pit. We also keep the coal fuel etc. at cost price plus 5%. There is good fishing scope however ardent fisherman should bring their own equipment. We provide the best quality bed linen and bath towels. Night sheets are provided as night cover as it is not too cold. We provide LAUNDERED blankets sealed for your protection at extra charge of Rs. 20 each to cover laundry charges. Cleanliness is our motto. There is free unlimited Broad Band Internet and Wi-Fi. We have BSNL (Govt.) connection and we pay monthly for unlimited broadband. Generally, the Broadband has been very satisfactory but we however state that the connection is dependent on BSNL and we have no control on the quality or any breakdowns. We can assure you that we will make all efforts to ensure that in case of breakdown we pursue BSNL to attended earliest. A music station allows you to play music from the, pen drive or memory card or just connect to your mobile or other portable equipment. Dish T V is installed with all available channels on Tata Sky. We have taken great pains to ensure that our guest have the best of comforts and feel at home. We give the house to one group only. It is total private and no one else will be in the house. I am on call on my telephone at all times. The property is walled with your own huge parking area. There are some cottages outside the gate including our other house LAZY RIVER COTTAGE. It is best to hire a vehicle which we give full information on booking. There is a regular bus service during the day to Panjim main bus terminus about 15 minutes. Guest almost always ask “how far is the beaches of the North – Baga, Calangute, Candolim” the answer is about 30 to 40 minutes’ drive not withstanding unusual traffic. Most guest land up spending quiet evenings at your own riverside home with the best ever view and serenity you can get in Goa.
