"Cwtch Bach" - Garnant

*DOGS WELCOME* Cwtch Bach, A cosy and contemporary little barn conversion, Cwtch Bach has been thoughtfully designed and equipped to offer a comfortable and warming place to stay. Located on the edge of the National Park, the cottage is in a peaceful and rural area with several walking routes nearby. Just a short drive up the lane is open hillside with numerous grazing Welsh ponies and the most glorious uninterrupted views over miles of rolling countryside. The open plan living area has been designed to make the most of the space. There is a comfortable modern Ikea grey sofa that can be pulled out into a double sofa bed, a gas effect wood burner, TV with Freeview and Wifi. The dining table and pretty wood bench can seat 4 people. Behind folding doors there is everything that you need but it is tucked into a compact galley kitchen. A combi microwave oven, a convection hob, a fridge with freezer box and sink; there is also a folding table for extra work top space. The shower room has a corner electric shower, hand basin and toilet. Wooden stairs lead up to the romantic bedroom where there is a gorgeous super-king bed. There is also a small desk in the window for admiring the woodland outdoor landscape and a dressing table. There is a private and dedicated courtyard for use by guests of ‘Cwtch Bach’. It the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee whilst listening to the little stream. Nant Gwinau runs along the bottom of the garden. The garden is sheltered by some wonderful ancient “protected” Oak trees. Courtyard area - enclosed . Limited interaction with guests. Garnant 1 mile, Glanaman 2 miles, Ammanford 4 miles, Llandeilo 7miles, Swansea 16 miles Conveniently located from 2 small villages – Garnant and Brynamman– with their local pubs and convenience stores, post office, garage, a fish and chip shop and a Chinese take-away! Ammanford is nearby with leading supermarkets and amenities. Slightly further is the small and very sophisticated market town of Llandeilo, renowned for its excellent restaurants and shops. A car is recommended - (closest bus stop 0.9 miles away, with a country lane walk).
