In few steps you reach from the terrace and from the garden the living room and the kitchen which are open plan. Table and chairs for up to 8- people, a comfortable sofa and a classic Tuscan kitchen. Two double bedrooms, one of which with balcony and sea view, and a complete bathroom with shower nearby on the corridor. All the apartment is at your disposal. Important remarks:we do not furnish bed linen and bath towels but on request we can let them be delivered by a company for you. In winter heating shall be refunded on consumption (1 Euro/m3) Security deposit, to be delivered cash on arrival day: 200 euro 24h a day The next village, called Vallecchia, is just 5 minute walk away and there, around the old parish church, you have easy access to local amenities such as 3 food shops, one of which is biologic, a coffee bar and two restaurants. There is a weekly market at the church every friday morning too and a delicious take away pizzeria. The next bus stop is in the church square, approx. 500 m. away.
