The upper floor accommodates a spacious living room, with open fireplace, giving onto a balcony at the front of the property offering stunning views of the valley below. Description Outside: a large (450 square meters), fenced garden provides the perfect setting for ‘al fresco’ dining and relaxing, equipped with tables and chairs. The pool (8.30 x 4 meters) sits in a wood decked area overlooking the valley and comes with loungers and shower . The house is surrounded by its own 6 hectare estate of organically cultivated vineyards and olive groves and is powered by discreet solar panels.
