A Casa Amarela is a small vacation resort with two 3-room apartments and a studio and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Besides that the apartments can be rented separately, the entire location can also be rented as a group location. Given our extensive catering experience and the many possibilities that A Casa Amarela offers, our location is extremely suitable for organizing your group vacation, where we facilitate and organize everything and you arrange the theme and guests. Renting the whole location has the following advantages: - The bar/lounge, which normally serves as a meeting place for all guests and where drinks, small snacks and full meals are available for a fee, is now part of the rented venue. In the kitchen, which is located in the bar and is equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, among other things, meals can be prepared for the entire group; - As there are no other guests, the large swimming pool of 54 m2 and all the sun beds are exclusively for you. During your stay no one else will use the pool; - In total 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms (1 with bathtub and walk-in shower), a heated outdoor shower, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 refrigerators, freezer, a bar/lounge, 4 TVs (including 3 smart TVs), 4 terraces, garden of 2.000m2, swing, petanque court, sandbox; - Beds made, towels and bath towels, and cleaning products; - Private parking which can be locked; - Covered motorcycle/bicycle storage; - For a fee and under our supervision possibility of organizing a party night; - Possibility of full catering, BBQ or pizza night; - In one of the apartments in the living room is a 2-person sofa bed, making it possible to stay with 16 guests. All public areas on the first floor are at your disposal. Wij zijn Nederlanders en wonen sinds dit jaar in Portugal. Wij spreken nog maar een beetjes Portugees, maar goed Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Communicatie kan in het Portugees, in dat geval maken we gebruik van een vertaalprogramma.
