En-suite "happy days"

Located centrally to Royal Sandringham Estate, Wild Ken Hill (Springwatch) and RSPB Snettisham. After a very good first year last year we closed for refurbishment taking into consideration all our reviews and guests’ suggestions, including longer stay discounts, to hopefully bring you a much improved experience. The room is self sufficient with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table and kitchen sink! It has a double bed with en-suite shower and toilet. We have off-road parking. The room is part of the bungalow but is independent to us. It has its own external entrance accessed by key safe so you can come and go as you please. Accessed through the gate to the left hand side of the bungalow, it has a shingled west facing outside space with table and chairs. You will be able to park on the driveway in front of the access gate. All village amenities are in walking distance. We have a supermarket, 2 pubs, 3 takeaways, Post Office and Spar shop. I'll be at work 8-5 weekdays. Located in central Dersingham with a Co-op supermarket, 2 pubs, 3 takeaways, Post Office and Spar shop. Local amenities are within walking distance and there is a bus service if you fancy a trip to Hunstanton and the coast or King's Lynn in the opposite direction. Our pet rabbit Jeff roams the garden and may pay you a visit! Don't worry he's harmless, but please always shut the gate, we've found him on neighbouring veg patches once too often!
