The Isla Apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, with large sash windows overlooking the North Inch Parkland and provides the perfect base for 4 adults or a family of 4 to explore all that Perth and the surrounding areas have to offer. Bedroom one features a king size bed with direct access to the communal garden and bedroom two has zip and link beds allowing the flexibility for you to alter the layout to meet your needs. Bedroom 2 also has an en-suite walk in rainfall shower, WC and wash basin. A separate family bathroom consisting of bath with rainfall shower overhead, WC, wash basin and heated towel is also provided. The lounge is equipped with a 42" inch Smart TV with Virgin television and the kitchen/dining area comes fully equipped with integrated appliances inculding fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. You will enjoy sole access to the whole of your apartment. The main front door and entrance hall being shared with our other self-catering apartment. This apartment also shares the communal garden area. Nestled on the corner of Rose Terrace, the Isla Apartment is located on the outskirts of the city centre. Guests can walk to the centre of Perth within 10 minutes. By Car – Perth is well served by accessible motorways and dual carriageways from all locations across England, Scotland and Wales. The A9 provides easy access from North Scotland and Glasgow whilst the M90 provides a direct motorway from Edinburgh. By Rail – Direct services to Perth are available from London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee and the apartments are located within a 15 minute walk from Perth Train Station. By Air – Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports are both located within an hour’s drive from the Apartments. If you are travelling from London, Dundee Airport has direct flights from Stansted that run on a daily basis.
