"The Loft" Luxurious Private Apartment

This boutique open plan self-contained studio is in the heart of Wilmslow. It will delight anyone looking for a luxurious, private and peaceful stay yet close to all the bars, restaurants, cinemas, airports and stunning Cheshire countryside and beyond. Parking is off road and private. A short walk into town, a 3min drive or 15min walk to Wilmslow train station, 20mins by train into Manchester centre, 15 mins drive to Manchester/40mins drive to Liverpool Airports. This is a beautifully appointed self-contained private studio apartment with it’s own separate front door approached up a short flight of stairs. The apartment is immaculately presented and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Health and Hygiene seriously matters and this property is throughly sanitised and disinfected after every change over. Door handles, light switches, remote control, tables, floors and any working surfaces are disinfected accordingly. Plastic bin liners are used but please dispose of any biodegradable used tissues down the toilet to assist with hygienic cleaning. Cleaning and disposable sanitising materials are supplied for your own use during your stay. It has a brand new fully fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Dolce Gusto coffee machine (with capsules) plus tea, instant and ground coffee, milk and sugar are all provided with a cafetière, crockery, glasses, cutlery and tea towels etc. Salt and Pepper is also supplied. Picnic baskets and refreshments can be supplied on request. The studio has a very comfy kingsize bed. All your freshly laundered bedding is ready for your arrival and this also includes the antibacterial mattress and pillow protectors, which are always washed for every new guest. You will have a plentiful supply of fresh towels and basic toiletries too. There is private en-suite shower room with plenty of toiletry storage. There is a 2 seater sofa, throws, Smart TV, BOSE mini speaker, freestanding wardrobe, mirrors and chest of drawers. Free WiFi is available. Private off road courtyard parking. Sensor security lighting is located along the driveway and up to the front door access of the property. This is an entirely no smoking property including e-cigarettes. Front door Key is accessed via a lock box at the top of the stairs. The Loft is not suitable for children due to the exterior stairs and the ongoing remedial landscaping work to the rear of the property. Access to the private courtyard with parking on site. There is a small balcony with seating. The garden is accessible during the warmer, drier months. Please respect the owners privacy too when on site. Please note there is some landscaping work being carried out to improve the exterior seating in the garden for The Loft, however this will not affect your stay. I’m available for you at anytime if you need help or emergency support. Wilmslow is a vibrant and friendly town and is close to Manchester and the airport. You are within easy walking distance of Wilmslow centre with all the restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The room is a private studio apartment with a king size bed. The Loft is not suitable for young children due to the exterior stairs leading onto the drive.
