Two modern bedrooms in contemporary home

Risedon BnB prides itself on home from home hospitality & welcomes your dog too. Please be aware that I have a dog. Dukey Boy is very friendly & great with children. The 2 guest bedrooms are in my home, therefore, you'll get looked after like I would look after my family & friends. An upstairs guest's lounge (may be shared by other guests) with access to the rear patio & garden. The two rooms have a shared bathroom. I’m happy to provide a two course evening supper by prior-arrangement. Risedon is a modern, contemporary, detached house located in the lovely village of Eaton ( 1.5 miles from Tarporley). Guest parking on private drive and secure parking for cycles & motorbikes to the rear. The Black & White Room is north west facing and looks over the garden and surrounding fields. You may be lucky & get to see the deer. The Coffee & Cream Room is east facing and enjoys the morning sun. The top decking, with a fantastic view over the Cheshire Plain & Derbyshire Hills is perfect for that sunny morning cuppa or evening drink whilst the sun sets. Facilities include guest's dining room, guest's lounge leading to rear patio, large garden, top decking & guest's gym. Guest's bathroom (shared with guests from second room) includes shower, bath, vanity unit & WC. Risedon BnB is 1.5m from the beautiful Georgian village of Tarporley array with quirky boutiques, coffee shops, great pubs/restaurants & plenty of free parking. Risedon BnB is ideally located for: MacDonald Championship/Premiership Golf Courses - 1m Oulton Park Racetrack - 1.5m The Shire Horse Centre - 1m Beeston Castle - 3.5m Delamere Forest - 8m Bolesworth Castle - 10m City of Chester (10m), is famous for its Roman Walls made of local red sandstone, the Roman amphitheatre & the the 2-level arcades & Tudor style half timber buildings. Nantwich (10m), a quaint market town, known for the highest concentration of listed buildings in England, with particularly good examples of Tudor & Georgian architecture. Chester Zoo - 13.5m Liverpool - 31m Manchester - 35 miles M6 Junction 21 (from North) Junction 16 (from South) 25 minutes I like to treat my guests as friends. I’m very sociable & enjoy getting to know my guests whilst respecting your privacy. Eaton is a lovely & friendly Cheshire village. Lots of public walkways & a lovely walk across two golf courses with lovely views over the Cheshire Plain & Derbyshire Hills. Tarporley, a beautiful Georgian village, is in walking distance - only 1.5 miles away. Peckforton Castle (5m) is a popular wedding venue & a 15 minute drive. Little Budworth Woods (1.5m) is located near the Cheshire Polo field & is great for children & dog walks. The Shropshire Canal (3m) is great for long walks. There is no public transport through the village although a regular bus leaves from Tarporley to Chester/Nantwich. My 1971 Germanic VDub is available for lifts to & from venues especially if you fancy a few beers! Trust pot for any contributions. Risedon was featured on the BBC Home Away From Home series & was well received by the two home swoppers. My 50yr old Germanic VW Diva, Heidi, is available for lifts and collections should you be attending a function, wedding or simply want to go out for a few drinks. Tea, coffee and a selection of wines & spirits are available on the first floor. (A trust jar is located on the landing for contributions). A house key is provided during your stay. The property is not suitable for disabled guests. Children over 5 yrs are welcome. The property isn't suitable for younger children as garden has open pond, steep hill & steps. Breakfast is included. A two course evening supper (£15ph, children under 14 £7.50ph) can be provided by prior arrangement if you arrive later in the evening or would just like a chilled evening or ‘date’ night. Feel free to use the gym located by the ground floor patio. Equipment includes running machine, cross trainer, rowing machine, skipping ropes, weighted hoop & light weights. Very few rules except shoes off at front/lounge patio doors (house slippers are provided). Smoking outside please. If you bring your dog, please clean muddy paws before entering the house. A dog shower with hot/cold water & absorbent towels are available on ground rear patio. Neutered/spayed/vaccinated/flea & tick treated dogs only please. If a door is closed, it's private.
