This is the upper flat of two in a two storey building. There are mature gardens and ample off road parking. The flat itself is clean and fresh, with enough space to accommodate 2 in a double bed, 2 between 2 single beds, and for the more adventurous, there is a sofa-bed and a separate sofa in the living room! A real home away from home, this flat offers plenty of space inside. From the bedroom windows there is a spectacular view, which looks out over the town of Kirkcaldy to the Firth of Forth. On the opposite shore of the Firth of Forth you will see Edinburgh, with its majestic hills beyond. Guests will have access to all that the Kingdom of Fife has to offer. Stunning harbours, easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Whatever you enjoy - walking, cycling, sightseeing, fishing or golf - is sure to be on hand. The apartment is self-contained and has a very well equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment. We can also provide a high chair, travel cot and toys. Perfect base in Fife for families, couples or groups to enjoy all the fine details of the Kingdom of Fife. The neighbourhood is quiet with shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also only a short walk from the home of the Fife Flyers, oldest ice hockey team in the country. Beautiful views looking over the town to the Firth of Forth, Edinburgh and beyond. Parking is off road. The apartment is a ten minute drive from the train station. There is ample free parking from here with trains to Edinburgh three times per hour going straight into the main street in Edinburgh. The railway journey from Kirkcaldy to Edinburgh is classed as one the world's best railway journeys. Glasgow is also easily accessible by road or rail, approx. 1hr. Edinburgh airport is about a 40min drive and taxi fare is approx. £35. St Andrews is a 45min drive and be sure to take the coastal road and enjoy the many stunning fishing villages en-route.
