Quiet residential area 2 min to town centre Beautiful walks nearby Dartmoor 10 min, beaches 15 min, Exeter 15 min. Town has leisure centre, cinema, many restaurants and countless pubs. Asda 5 min walk. Cereals toast milk fridge microwave grill slow cooker coffee machine provided Private parking and private patio. The flat has its own entrance on the ground floor with French doors and level access to all rooms ( however bathroom/ shower over bath is not wheelchair accessible) There is a large sofa suitable for an adult to sleep on and a fold out single bed available on request. We also have a travel cot available but no bedding The entire flat is yours .You have your own keys to come and go as you please and will not be disturbed French windows open onto your own patio Dogs are free to roam outside secure gates to street We will leave you entirely to your own devices but will always be on hand to give you local advice or sort out anything you need, just ring the bell! We'll be delighted to help you out with recommendations for eating out, places to visit, good walks or even just a chat. The place is literally surrounded by wonderful dog walks, Decoy park around the lake through woodland, top of our road walk through park and along ridge overlooking Newton Abbot, very lovely walk up a valley through woods along river past Bradley manor (open Tues - Thurs). South coast towns of Teignmouth and Torquay 15 min drive. Exeter 15 min drive. Massive woodlands for serious walking or mountain biking also nearby. 800 year old cider bar not be missed (short walk) Loads of ethnic restaurants, take aways and friendly pubs. Indoor + outdoor markets and pedestrianised shopping area. Aldi, Sainsbury’s and 24hr garage/off licence a short walk away. We are a 15 min walk from Newton Abbot Station with good train links to Cornwall, London and Exeter The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker and George Foreman grill.
