The Lake House

This three-story villa with 2 huge living-rooms, 11 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, with several large terraces can comfortably host 22 guests. The house and the beach are on a 1.5 hectare property with a private swimming pool, and a 12 person electric boat with a captain ready for adventure. (boat is a plus cost). The property is equipped with bicycles, kayaks, a hydro bike, table-tennis, darts, pool table in one of the living rooms, and a big trampoline all included in the price. The property has wonderful gardens on different levels, and a waterfall to die for. It also comes with a private beach, in case you want to dip into the lake. The huge terraces allow for large groups to dine and spend time together not to mention the 2 grills on each level. The 12 meter long pool has breathtaking views, and gives an unforgettable experience to drink a glass of wine and watch the sail boats pass by. Guests can access all areas of the house. Your entire stay you will have access to a care-taker and a gardener. From Balatonakarattya pretty much all the big cities are close, such as Siofok and Füred are about 30 kilometres away, and about 2 hours if we take the boat. You can have a driver and a car at your service at all times during you stay, this is an extra charge if requested in time. The property comes with a 12 meter electric boat that guests can rent for a day or half a day. ( boat available only with skipper ) The Boat was build in 2015 so it is pretty new and modern.
