100km from Paris the town is located in the Loiret region not far from the city of Orléans. In a small town (population 6000) surrounded by fields and the forest this family home is perfect for visiting the region. The house was recently built and is located at the end of a private access road in a residential area. The garden has fencing all round and there is a sunny back garden patio with BBQ. There are many local sites to visit as well as an outdoor public swimming. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and WC upstairs and one double bedroom, shower room and WC downstairs. The kitchen is modern and well equiped, the dining room has a table for 8 people and in winter there is a pellet stove for added confort. UK and French tv channels are available in the lounge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were recently renovated with individual themes. The house is equiped with a baby changing mat and stair gate. Towels and bed linen are provided. You have a back and front garden with seating and a table for al fresco dining. There is room to park one car in the garage and two on the property which is secured with an automatic gate. This is a residential area with neighbours but completely off the road on the outskirts of the town and very quiet. There is a big supermarket and the town square, 10 minutes on foot, offers bakeries, fast food restaurants, a wine cellar, cafés, banks and pharmacy. The floor is tiled so bring your slippers.
