It has 1 bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 livingroom with kitchen. The flat is situated underneath a reserve park with 28 hiking & biking paths. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Sofa mit einem 50" Flachbild-TV. Die offene Küche ist mit allen möglichen Arten von Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch, an dem 4-6 Personen bequem essen können. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank sowie 2 weitere Möbel zum Verstauen von Kleidung. Das Badezimmer ist mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden und verfügt über eine Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler. ——————————————————— The flat is on the ground floor and very easy to access. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a 50“ flat screen TV. The open space kitchen is furbished with all kinds of cooking tools. There is a big dining table where 4-6 persons easily can eat. The bedroom has a french double bed and a wardrobe as well as 2 other furnitures to stow clothes. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a shower, a washing machine and a tumbler.
