The Little Seaside House - Beaches & Mountains

The Little Seaside House is in the perfect Welsh village of Borth-y-Gest. Sleeping five in three bedrooms, it is a delightful coastal cottage, bursting with happiness! With a view of the harbour, boats and hills beyond, you can watch the sunrise or the comings and goings of the village. On the edge of Snowdonia for walks and outdoor adventures, it also has lots of sandy coves, along the Wales Coast Path. Dog-friendly. WiFi. Short-stays available. "Happiness is a house by the sea" Set back slightly from the harbour front, The Little Seaside House enjoys a quiet position with lovely glimpses of the Glaslyn Estuary and the Rhinog hills beyond. Newly renovated, this property is full of character and happiness. Offering comfortable accommodation, sleeping five people, plus one infant. On the ground floor is a double bedroom, toilet with washer/dryer, colourful kitchen and stylish sitting/dining room with sea views and French doors onto a small courtyard to sit out. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The front bedroom has a king-size bed and sea views. The smaller bedroom is a single. To ensure safety for our guests we are taking extra cleaning precautions between guests. As well as our usual high standard of cleaning we will be disinfecting all switches, remote controls, handles, keys, hangers etc with antibacterial products and will be wearing gloves and masks when we undertake cleaning tasks. We will be airing the cottage so you might find windows open on arrival. We will provide additional anti bacterial cleaning products and gloves for your use. The house is easily accessed with unloading space outside the door. Please move your car and park for free on the nearby streets. While I don't live locally, I will be available by phone throughout your stay for any queries and have a reliable team nearby should any difficulties arise. The Little Seaside House is tucked back between the popular ice-cream shop and the Seaview Cafe. There is also a lovely restaurant called The Moorings in the village. Borth-y-Gest is on the edge of Snowdonia, you can enjoy a visit to the sandy beaches in the morning and be on the summit of the highest mountain in Wales by the afternoon! North Wales is Welsh through and through. This is a holiday region that is passionate about language, music and history, with magnificent castles, railways and festivals. There is something for everyone on a day out in North Wales. The scenery is superb: fine beaches, tumbling rivers and the mountains, lakes and waterfalls of Snowdonia. North Wales is fast becoming the adventure and outdoor capital of the UK. Some North Wales adventure activities are unique. Others are record-breaking - longest, fastest, the best in the world. Most are family-friendly. Although there are fantastic beaches and mountain walks straight from The Little Seaside House, to really see the most of North Wales, a car is useful. We are close to the busy town of Porthmadog, with all the amenities you need - walking 10 minutes, bus service four times a day. Please be aware there is a low wall to the front of the property, where children should be supervised.
