Arzier House, Alps View, 30min to Geneva/Lausanne
Twin house at the top of the mountain (towards the top of the Arzier village), with a beautiful view over the Geneva lake, the Alps, the Mont Blanc. The air is great, the neighborhood is nice, if you have kids they can play in the garden, if you rent a car you can easily get to Nyon, Geneva, Lausanne and in between, around. There is also the nice little train that goes up the mountain to the Arzier village. 4 bedrooms, 3 floors, large space overall, nice garden, calm athmosphere, great air.. Arzier is a calm village up in the mountain with nice air and nice views but yet not too far from Nyon, Geneva and Lausanne. About 10-15 minute walk to the Arzier train station that goes down to Nyon which connects by fast train to Geneva and Lausanne, that train also goes up to St Cergues, La Givrine, La Dole, which offer great skiing in the winter and great hiking in the summer. You are asked to please pay your Electricity consumption bills to Romande Energie (can vary around 300-400chf per month depending on how much electricity you might use, especially can be expensive if you use too much heating in the house in the winter month, while heating and isolation systems in the house are over 30 years old, they are not the most efficient, but in the Winter not keeping heating up too high, monthly energy cost can stay normally below 400chf per month, it might reach 500chf per month if you turn on the heating very high in the winter, in the summer probably around 300chf per month) Bills to the Arzier Commune, water bills about 2chf per day (depends how much water you use), trash bills around 0.70chf per day (fixed, consider you must use paid trash bags in the Vaud canton also, these paid trash bags cost about 1-2chf each you can find in any supermarket), habitation tax is at 2chf per person per day. Depending on how long you are staying you can either pay these bills directly to the commune and to the Romande Energie energy company or to me via the "Airbnb resolutions center". If you are staying longer than 3 months in the house, the Arzier commune asks you to seek with them a permission for your longer stay. I think this is a rule for foreigners only.
