Very charming summer house

Only, 40 mns from Monaco and 15 mns from the sea on the italian Riviera, the house is overseeing a very typical village. There are 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 big terraces and gardens all over. Perfect for 2 families with children. Or 10 friends ! Great summer house in a very typical italian village ! The house is big, it has four rooms, a living room, 2 bath room, a kitchen and a big dining room/terrace. The garden is all over. The house has all the modern comfort, all the beds, and coaches, and kitchen are new but the house is 100 years old which makes it very charming. The house is on 3 floors, you will have access to all of them and all the garden. Each floor has access to the other by outside stairs ! We will drive you there and will show you everything. But you need to have your own car. There is a restaurant just down the house. The village is 7kms from the sea at the end of a road which doen't go further. It is very charming with all the old houses around the church. The house is overviewing the village the sea from far and all the hills around. There is no direct access to the house by car, except to unload the suitcases and the grocery. Then you need to park the car on the "Plaza" which is 200 meters down the house. Once in the property each floor has access to the others by outside stairs no inside stairs which make it very charming ! You may buy fruits, vegetables, eggs to the farmers around. Many trails departs from the house. Barbecue, swinging chair, transats for the parents, swing, badmington and zipline for the children !
