Our guest house is an extension of our home. It is done to be bright and airy. You will enjoy your privacy with a kitchenette, large double room, chimney and sitting area. Most of all, you can enjoy a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the valley and bask in the summer sun and breeze. The area is a fabulous place for walks, hikes and cycling adventures. Approximately 22 sq meter space for downstairs, and 24 sq ft meter space for upstairs. Modern, bright and airy with all modern facilities. Kitchen has an induction stove, with washing machine and large fridge. Garden and patio area. Iolanda, will handle all your needs, she lives nearby and will answer any calls or requests during your stay. Lovely little medieval village with a fabulous pizzeria, San Bastian and grocery market at the entry of the village. And a wonderful Agriturismo Al Castle only 200 meters away from the house. A number of osteria, restaurants and cafes within 20 - 30 minutes drive. Best to have car for easier mobility. The closest town is Acqui Terme and Nizza Monferrato which are about 15 minutes drive away.
