Condo near a lake - near Malpensa Airport

This is a 1,300 sf apartment located at the first floor of a single family home in a quiet dead-end road. You will be 20 minutes drive from Malpensa airport. I use this apartment for my vacation and I purchased it in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , all is brand new. Comabbio lake with over 10 miles of bicycle lane is at a easy walking distance and so is the small downtown with the main services. A supermarket, coffee shop, gelato maker, pastry maker, bread maker, day use spa, restaurant are all at a walking distance. This is the first floor (piano terra) apartment in a single family home, with another family leaving in the second floor. The apartment has been restored in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) with all new furnitures. There are 3 bedrooms and one bath. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location of the apartment is great if you want to explore the lake district or rest a couple of nights in a cozy community before or after your flight in Malpensa. You can park in front of the house and you can easily walk to a few coffee shops, a couple of restaurants, the supermarket and the lake. I will not be available at the time of your stay, but my friends and family live in the small town. Should you have an emergency, please contact me via (Hidden by Airbnb) and I will get you what you need. This is an authentic northern Italian small town experience. There is little tourism in town, but major tourist areas are just few miles away. There is a larger park by the lake about 1/2 mile from the apartment, I suggest to walk there as the parking can get busy during the weekends in summer. I like to eat at La Scuderia, a beautifully restored restaurant that was once a horse stable. You can also walk to the center of town where you can find a supermarket, a coffee bar, a spa, a hairdresser, a bread maker, gelato, and an open air market (Fridays only). Outside town you can drive in about 20 minutes to: Lake Maggiore (many destination here), the UNECO site of Sacro Monte, the town of Varese and few more places. You can also take a train to Milan and visit the city without having to drive. The train station of town is Ternate-Varano Borghi. Good restaurants are all over the area, I will be glad to send you a list of my favorites. My place is 20 minutes drive from Malpensa airport, I love to rest there after my long international flight. The main highway entrance is about 10 minute away. There is a train that goes to Milan and Lake Maggiore-Switzerland on the opposite direction. Lake Maggiore is only 20 minutes drive, but you can walk to a smaller cute lake called Comabbio, where you can ride a bike and explore. About 2 miles there is Lake Monate where you can rent a paddle boat, swim, eat and relax. I have created an itinerary of what to see in the area that I will be happy to send you. From my condo you can drive to Milan in 45 minutes, Venice in 3 hour and 30 minutes, Verona 2 hours, Florence 3 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Lake Como 45 minutes. Wine tasting area in North Piedmont are Gattinara and Gattico, about 30 minutes from the condo. From Malpensa International airport (MXP) you can fly everywhere in Italy, Europe and many city internationally. MXP is also the hub of Easyjet, a low cost airline that will take you in many places with really amazing prices. To visit the area of the lakes easily I would suggest to rent a car, drivers in the area (except Milan) are not aggressive.
