Located 7 miles from Jonzac amidst the fields the house is part of a former watermill. Its 170 Sqm with large windows and high ceilings will be a restful haven for your family and friends. Within a closed garden the house offers an open kitchen and wide living room providing access to the terrace and its fountain. On the ground floor you will appreciate the master bedroom. The first floor offers two bedrooms and one ont the mezzanine. In case I wouldn't be able to greet you upon arrival my neighbor, Isabelle, will be hosting. I am always reachable whenever needed and will answer in English, German, Italian and Spanish.
