L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di una graziosa villetta, gli ampi spazi a disposizione offrono le più svariate possibilità di sistemazione, immersi nel verde a poca distanza da Torino (15 min in macchina) o alle circostanti città. Le stanze, da poco ristrutturate, sono ampie e luminose, e troverete un balcone e un ampio terrazzo da cui si potrete godere di un'ottima vista in tranquillità. The space is located on the first floor of a charming villa, in an indipendent apartment. La villa è immersa in un giardino comprensivo di alberi da frutta, siepi e altre piante ornamentali. Negli spazi interni siamo molto attenti a garantire pulizie e igiene in ogni angolo della casa, disinfettanti, detergenti e sanificanti vari vengono forniti. Gli spazi esterni vi daranno la possibilità di rilassarvi e godere del panorama che volge il suo sguardo sia sulla bella Torino, che sul pendio delle montagne della Val di Susa. The villa is surrounded by a garden complete with every type of games and activities. The outdoor spaces will give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the view that turns its gaze both on the magical Turin, and on the slope of the mountains of the Val di Susa I clienti potranno avere accesso sia agli spazi esterni che ai grandi terrazzi inclusi nell'appartamento. Il posto auto è assicurato nei dintorni della villetta e c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare altre auto tranquillamente. Customers will have access to both the outdoor spaces and the large terraces included in the apartment. The parking space is assured in the surroundings of the house and there is the possibility to park other cars safely. Se vi sarà possibilità, i nostri ospiti potranno interagire con noi quando e come vorranno, siamo a disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio o informazione. Garantiamo comunque la loro privacy, data la completa distinzione dei due appartamenti. If there'll be the possibility, our guests can interact with us when and how they want, we are available for any doubt or information. However, we guarantee their privacy, given the complete distinction of the two apartments. Ci si può muovere tranquillamente senza auto prendendo il pullman n. 37 alla vicina fermata (10 min a piedi) che porta direttamente alla fermata metro di Fermi (20 min con il bus). Se si è in possesso di un auto, la distanza da torino è di circa 10/15 minuti. You can move safely without a car by taking the bus n. 37 to the nearby stop which leads directly to the Fermi metro station (10 min by foot and 20 min of bus). If you have a car, the distance from Turin is around 10/15 minutes. Si informa che l'utilizzo della lavatrice è a pagamento (3 Euro/carico) così come il ferro da stiro (1 Euro/giorno) da saldare a fine pernottamento. I proprietari si riservano un sopralluogo finale prima di liberare gli spazi per assicurarsi l'integrità degli stessi e degli oggetti contenuti.
