Quiet and Convenient in Tuscany

The house is located in a quiet area, in front of a wood, and near to main and important destination in Tuscany: 40 mins from Florence,Lucca,Viareggio,Volterra,San Gimignano; 20 mins from Pisa, Vinci, San Miniato; 1 hr from Siena and Maremma area. Also 5 mins from Florence/Pisa/Livorno Highway and 10 mins to the railway station. It's easy to reach the Tuscany beach. Large and bright flat, it's costituited by a kitchen, a big living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a large bed and one with two single beds. Unattended parking in front of house. From the apartment you can reach by car in 15' San Miniato country, where it takes place, during november, the white truffle exhibition and in 45' reach the beatiful city of Lucca where you can visit, at the end of october/november begins the event 'LUCCA COMICS'. There is our dog in the external area of house.
