Our Home: • A lovingly built Trullo and remodelled extension and high specification pool build in 2019 • Set on 2 acres of private garden with 33 olive oil trees,3 lemon trees,3 fig trees • Secluded and ideally placed outside of the authentic town of Francavilla Fontana and 20km from the stunning town Ostuni. • 40 minute from Brindisi Airport, 1hr and 20min from Bari airport • 45 minutes from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna (Ionian Sea) and 40 minutes from Torre Guaceto (Adriatic Sea) Welcome to our beautiful Trullo home in Puglia, what Italians call 'The Real Italy' We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and appreciate the simplicity and care free way of this beautiful region. The Trullo acts as the master bedroom with a beautiful open fireplace and unique original features and vintage authentic furniture. The walkway from the trullo to the extension through a cool tunnel that leads you into the super modern, contemporary, stylish extension. Here you find the master living room, kitchen, bathroom and guest bedroom. All rooms are high specification with modern plumbing, power shower, air conditioning and fitted kitchen. Key points to mention: Living Room: Sofa bed can accommodate additional guest, or two infant children. A clear glass door leads you directly outside to the patio and two acres of beautiful farmland garden. In 2019 we have installed a high spec 110sq mtr heated swimming pool and solarium area for endless summer days and a wood burner for authentic country home feel and in 2020 we have a new driveway laid for a more rustic luxury feel. Bathroom: Comes with built in bluetooth speaker in the lighting, a power shower and very modern toilet and bide facilities. Guest Bedroom: Window overlooks the patio and very contemporary modern furniture, and a super comfortable bed. Kitchen: The kitchen comes with fitted gas over and 5 ring hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils and accessories. Air conditioning: Air conditioning and heating units are in the living room and guest bedroom. The master trullo does not require air-conditioning or heating due the 1.5 meter thickness of walls, meaning the room is at an acceptable cool temperature at all times. In the summer it doesn't get hot, in the winter it doesn't get cold. The property has a new alarm system covering 4 censored internal zones and contact sensor points on all windows and doors. The property is linked to a highly regarding vigilante security company based in the adjacent town of Francavilla Fontana and are on call 24/7 Olive oil from the Trees in the garden will be available for guests to use.
