my apartment is in a quiet location, very private. in front of a bus stop, 1 mile from Train Station. But facilities as bar, pizzeria, small supermarket and tobacco shop are very close. Nearby there are restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, some banks and other amenities. cozy apartment, very quiet. Great for your Venice vacation. Great for couples seeking privacy and serenity. a small garden outside gives a quietness never met before. New furnitures, new floors, air conditioned, radiators and thermosystem, wi-fi, cable TV you can use all the spaces; the whole apartment, the small and cozy garden and the private parking secured by a barrel. Please consider: our apartment is not located in Venice Downtown, so if you're looking for a closer accomodation to the city I suggest you to look definitely to Venice city map. Usually we are ready for the guests, ready to satisfy all the needs they can have. But we are working so, sometimes we can be unable to meet the guests personally for 1 day or two. the district is very quiet, half way from Treviso to Venice. 4 Miles ( 6 km) to Treviso and 12 Miles (18 km) to Venice. Small houses around, with Pizzeria, 24H vending machines, grocery stores, supermarkets and, of course, fields. very close to a bus stop ( about 50 meters) you will be able to reach Treviso (10 minutes) or Venice ( 20/25 Minutes). 1 mile away there is the Preganziol Railway Station, half way from Treviso to Venice. The apartment has a private parking also, and there is possibility to have one car for your travels.
